Section, act Aug. 2, 1946, ch. 753, title I, §138, 60 Stat. 832 , related to report of legislative budget by Committee on Ways and Means and Committee on Appropriations of House and Committee on Finance and Committee on Appropriations of Senate, its contents, and concurrent resolution adopting the budget.
